Defining Solution Adoption within an SAP landscape
Organisational Change Management (OCM)
SAP Solution Adoption ensures the change approach you follow aligns with both your internal company change framework and the SAP Activate Methodology. A Solution Adoption Consultant will have the OCM experience to ensure this occurs for your S/4HANA (SAP Cloud ERP) implementation. Additionally, a Solution Adoption Consultant will understand current and practical SAP assets to leverage (by SAP) for optimising change and adoption, such as the digital companion SAP for Me and utilising the SAP Roadmap Viewer for phase specific change & adoption guidance for your industry and project specifics. Solution Adoption is the next evolution in change management and a success accelerator for an organisation embarking on a SAP implementation, upgrade or uplift.
User Experience (UX)
SAP Fiori and the revolutionary SAP Design System bring new possibilities for businesses implementing SAP S/4HANA (SAP Cloud ERP). Additionally, SAP Signavio adds the process lens by exposing friction so Fiori design decisions are grounded in real journeys, not assumptions. A Solution Adoption Consultant connects the dots, shaping user personas and guiding role-based dashboards to maximise usability, boost adoption, and cut down on support and re-training. This is change redefined through personalisation.
Experience Management (XM)
SAP S/4HANA (SAP Cloud ERP) provides the opportunity for greater insights into your customers experience and employee experience. Experience Management (Cue: Knoa & QualtricsXM) for Employees and Customers is an evolving and neo-contemporary form of business optimisation. A Solution Adoption Consultant will support a business in maximising the opportunity to create engaged and high-performing teams, improve manager effectiveness, enhance customer retention, and make informed and timely business decisions. Consider the dimension psychological safety and your ability to measure this effectively. XM will provide early signals of adoption risks, team performance challenges, and cultural blockers to SAP success. A Solution Adoption Consultant will understand how these components work together and what it means for your large SAP investment.
Digital Adoption & Learning (SAP Joule AI and WalkMe)
SAP is at the forefront of AI with the introduction of Joule AI Assistant. A Solution Adoption Consultant will maximise the use of your integrated copilot to support end user development through ‘just-in-time’ and ‘on-demand’ assistance. A Solution Adoption Consultant will also have the ability to structure your SAP learning requirements within your choice of DAP (Cue: EnableNow & WalkMe) by maximising user self learning and minimising complexity. SAP Learning Hub provides the opportunity for businesses to incorporate a self learning culture - a Solution Adoption Consultant will have the experience to activate this thread in your business.
